Dennis Rodman’s ex-wife has filed a claim against him, dealing with unpaid child support payments.

The 50-year-old NBA Hall of Fame inductee is apparently behind on his payments by $860,000. He was taken to court in November, and a judge deemed that he was in contempt of court for failing to keep up with his child support. He faces a possible jail sentence if he doesn’t overturn the charge.

Rodman has three children, two with his ex-wife, that he supports through monthly payments. He has plans to fight the contempt of court charge in order to avoid jail time.
